Ingredients
Buffered, and stabilized procaine hydrochloride, benzoic acid, potassium metabisulfite, disodium phosphate, purified water.
Contains no milk, egg, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybeans or gluten.
Directions for Use
Dosage: As a dietary supplement, take 10cc’s (roughly equivalent to two teaspoons) of the liquid on an empty stomach ONCE PER DAY. For best absorption, we recommend that you take the compound one hour before a meal or two hours after a meal, when your stomach is empty. Avoid milk and coffee for at least 30 minutes before or one hour after taking the compound as they may interfere and alter the compounds absorption.
(NOTE: Some people place it on their nightstand and take it one hour before arising; therefore, they can eat breakfast immediately when they get out of bed.) You may chase the liquid with small amounts of water or juice (preferably orange juice of cranberry juice) if desired.
Extra doses (6-8 hours apart) can be taken episodically to meet extra health challenges, such as for instances of great physical or mental stress, or for physical or mental performance enhancement such as going to the gym, performing in an athletic competition, taking a test, or giving a speech.
You may continue with any vitamins and minerals you are presently taking. In fact, to enhance the Wellness Benefits of G-H3, we recommend that you take other nutritional supplements as well.
