Shipping and Return Policy

At Medical Research Products, we are committed to providing high-quality nutraceuticals and excellent customer service. Please review our shipping and return policies below. 

Shipping Policy 

  • Processing Time: All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. 
  • Shipping Methods: We primarily ship via USPS, FedEx, UPS or DHL. You will have the option to select your preferred shipping method during checkout. 
  • Shipping Costs: MRP has a flat shipping fee of $ 9.00 for all standard domestic shipments regardless of quantity of product or weight. International, non-standard and reseller shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, type of service and shipping destination. You will see the exact shipping cost displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your purchase. 
  • Estimated Delivery Times: 
  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days 
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days 
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (if available for your location and ordered before the daily cutoff time, e.g., 1 PM EST) 
  • Please note: These are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or high-volume periods. 
  • Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery. 
  • Incorrect Shipping Address: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. Medical Research Products is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item. 

Return Policy 

  • Our Guarantee: Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with the policy below. 
  • Eligibility for Returns: 
  • Unopened Products: We accept returns of unopened and unused products.  The product seal must not be broken. 
  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) to arrange for a replacement or refund. 
  • MRP-Branded Products: Products manufactured or bottled by MRP under its own label carry a 100% money-back guarantee on your first bottle (shipping charges excluded). You may return the opened product and receive a full refund. 
  • Other Manufacturer’s Labels: Products that have other manufacturer’s labels are refundable only if unopened. 
  • International Orders: It is your responsibility to know the import regulations of dietary supplements in your country. If an international package is returned to us for any reason other than a fault of our own, we can only refund the returned product and not the original international shipping charges. We will file a claim on your behalf with the shipping carrier, and if any monies are received from the claim, they will be refunded directly to you.  
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, send the product back with a note providing your order number and the reason for your return.   • Packaging Your Return: Securely package the product(s) in their original packaging, if possible, along with all original documentation.  
  • Shipping Your Return: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as Medical Research Products is not responsible for lost return shipments. 
  • Refunds: 
  • Once your return is received and inspected, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. We will notify you of the return by a credit receipt to your email.  
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a product, send the original product back with a note stating your wishes.   • Cancellation Policy: Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed for shipping. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be returned according to our return policy.
